In Today’s quickcast, Many valley resident are still working on their new year's resolutions to stay fit. We were able to catch up with a few residents of hurricane valley and see what they are doing to obtain their goals. Also, Wax on Wax off! Karate in Hurricane. We meet up with chief instructor Troy Cottam and some of his students at Zion Academy of Tang Soo Do. and in sports, Drew Mills and the Tigers traveled to the Super Region Tournament at Juan Diego.
